Return & Exchange
If any items you purchased is defective, damaged, not as described, you can ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivered day with our customer service email: info@cuteeeshop.com
(a) Return & Exchange
Within 14 days from the delivered day, to be eligible for returns, please confirm that:
-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label.
-You will pay for return shipping. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

(b) Refund
We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange.
The refund will be returned in 3 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us at info@cuteeeshop.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.
(c) Cancellation
To cancel an order, two conditions must be met at the same time: 1) within 24 hours after placing the order; 2) the order is in an unshipped state.
